Known as Sir William Dennis of Durham and Pucklechurch, I married Anne Berkeley and we were the parents of 17 children. Two sons were knighted and of our 5 daughters who wed, 3 married knights: Sir John Berkeley, Sir John Ragland, and Sir Nicholas Arnold. |
