Sir William Dennis, in his own words
If he could speak to us today, Sir William Dennis might describe his life as follows.

I can say little about myself or my family.
Known as Sir William Dennis of Durham and Pucklechurch, I married Anne Berkeley and we were the parents of 17 children. Two sons were knighted and of our 5 daughters who wed, 3 married knights: Sir John Berkeley, Sir John Ragland, and Sir Nicholas Arnold.

Notes
Of the 17 children, 9, all of whom died unmarried, are not enumerated below.
